Landmark Property Management values Realtor referrals and we understand your reputation is on the line when you recommend a company to your clients. We are committed to a high level of service with a low fee structure.  Landmark Property Management manages all property types from condominiums and single family homes to apartment buildings. 

Landmark Property Management can work to maximize the value of your investment property listings with poor cash flow by raising rents to market levels, reducing expenses through our low fee structure and aggressively shopping third party services for repairs, landscaping, etc.

Whether your clients are experienced real estate investors or first time landlords Landmark Property Management is a great resource. We offer no cost or obligation rental comparables as well as an initial onsite consultation.  Unlike other property management companies that also hold a license to sell real estate, we are exclusively property managers and not involved in real estate sales whatsoever.  Licensed Real Estate Agents are eligible to earn referral fees for property owners that use our management services. In accordance with Oregon Real Estate Law only active brokers are eligible for a referral fee.  The fee is based on the number of units that will be managed and is paid once the management agreement is signed by the property owner.
